★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faced very bad service from this place even though it was a paid service. The service advisor (I think his name is Naresh) was behaving very arrogantly when I explained to him the bike problems, According to him, he knows everything and the customer need not to explain anything about his bike, only agree with his suggestions and pay for it. A complaint was reported to the customer service section. Since I have lost faith with this service center, no more visiting there.

They are harassing the customers and not attending the customers after they have collected the full payment of a vehicle booked with them. They don't even bother to deliver the vehicle in time or refund the money in case not able to deliver the vehicle.
This agency of Honda has brought disrespect to Honda company as many customers feel being cheated and try to get the vehicle of another company like Suzuki & Mahindra
