★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 2 full time care givers from Om Sai for my aged mother in law. My experience was pretty good . Vilas was responsible and easy to communicate with. He also sent immediate replacements when the attendant was unwell/ had to go home.
Would be nice if the staff had better training though .
