I would like to share my experience with pg and all facilities.
I have been 7 months 26 days stayed in this pg. Here we go for the genuine feedback.
Pros:
1. Clean and good environment
2. Sufficient parking facility
3.everyday maintenance
Cons:
1. Limited food( 2 chapathi in night and 3 chapathi in breakfast)
2. No lunch provided (if you need , we have keep tiffen box , they will give morning food to noon as well)
3. Lack of Water facility (weekly 2 to 3 time water will not available especially while get ready for office)
4. No WiFi ( it will be there but not working most of the time)
5. Separate pay for Washing machine (300 to 500 monthly we need pay for Washing machine and only one time we should use per week)
6. Rude Owner behaviour( concern can't be accepted and they says "if you want leave pg, we can't do for ")
7.Average Food Quality ( only some time it will be good but not most of the time)
8. Costly rent (7500 for 2 stay, 6000 for 3stay, 5000 for outside stay and advance 5000)
9. Open for all (toilet can be used by all who staying in pg, if you have separate toilet and room also) toilet open for all even if it is in your room.
10. Only locker or cupboard and bed is yours in the room rest of all common for all.
11. Don't trust anyone, get it clarify with your own by visiting and checking with people who staying in the pg.
I can give 2star for cleanliness and environment.

You want to pay 6000 for staying and food you want wifi another 400 & you want to using washing machine another 300 totally 6700 +5000 advance =11000 you want to pay. Pg owner will not speaking respectively.rooms are not cleaning and maintaining properly.best to see another pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This PG is really best as compared to other PGs in Bangalore. Owner is really responsive and keen to details for feedbacks. The food is good. Cook has expertise in north and south indian dishes. The place is clean and hygienic. Washing machine service is available on menial cost. The PG location is nearby all amenities like bus stop, market, hospital, etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just because of closeness with one owner. We( including my two friends) rated this as 5* before but after getting cheated with advance while leaving the pg, wanted to give honest review.
Pg was good if you have taken 2,3 sharing rooms it was so spacious and also hygiene (main reason to stay in this Pg). Even cook used to talk very friendly. We used to get only two times food. If you need lunch then you need to carry breakfast. Food was limited which was mentioned by owner while joining. There are good amenities like Wifi(slow speed and we never bothered about it as we had enough mobile data's and dongles), washing machine (300 extra per month). When it comes to advance they will ask 5000 and say they will return it by deducting 1000 as maintenance. Please be careful with this advance money!!! You may end up losing more than 1000 like I did.
Edit:-People whoever read this review I won't say you guys to believe me you can go and experience it but I am pretty sure you will end up with this experience for sure?
