★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very irresponsible travels very thirdclass service very poor office staff very irresponsible i have got a msg of booking confirmation when i booked online in which it is clearly mentioned the departure time from nigdi is 8.30 pm i am also attaching the photo of msg and no body called me from Sai Travels office to inform that bus timing is preponed they directly called me when the bus was leaving that bus is leaving where are you, also when i called to their office he said our owner has asked us to change bus timing and we cannot do anything in that.How fool is the owner that he is changing the timings of bus and even not taking responsibility of informing the customer???
Will suggest never to book ticket from Sai Travels .
