★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Tilak Nagar, the structure is quite old. The flats are also very small. The locality in which the building is situated is really nice. There is a park right in front of the building.
The building is not located on the main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone is looking for stay in this building or even in the surroundings, let me tell you, the road gets waterlogged easily during monsoon. Although it doesn't enters the building.
The stray dogs won't let you sleep at night. Its a nightmare if you think its a peaceful location. During early morning or late night when the road is empty if by any chance you go out, these will bark and may even attack.
Water supply problem has been solved and now there is 24x7 water in this building.
