★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ever make the mistake of paying this company ( om soft solution) an advance or trusting mahender sharma.
EDIT on 21st jan : The company's response is perplexing. By falsely claiming that this is a false review it only revels its juvenile approach to work in general and to hiding its shortcoming more specifically. They will ask for an advance with some sweet talk and then go silent, never taking your calls and when you demand your advance back, they will threaten. Please avoid at all costs.
Principles that this company seems to work by:
- Sweet talk during sale and disappear during execution
- Take a hefty advance promising more than what they can offer or are capable of and tie in the customer without recourse (they actually threatened to not complete the work if I post this review keeping my advance)
Please dont go by the fancy website and credentials - this is basically hole in the wall with some untrained (both in design and customer service) people sitting in it with a few computers.
