★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most affordable and budget friendly library in Karol bagh for upsc aspirants.. with Postive Atmosphere to study peacefully.. comfortable seating arrangement with ergonomic chair,clean washrooms,full speed wifi and staff is too supportive especially Anshul Sir??Jai hind??.. Must visit it!!

Library staff is so cooperative.
Each and every person in the library is so polite and humble..
Interacting with 'Aspirants' in the library, was so great, Tried to extract some knowledge from each and every conversation.

And there is no any problem with net speed.
Everything is available on time.news..etc..
?? Staff is a good man with good manners.. will talk to u respectively.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Library have comfortable chairs and has lights on desk. It has ground floor and basement seating facility. Ground floor has lights and good ventilation while basement is more specious.

Here you will get everything at one one place thatall you need for study.
I myself choose this library after checking all other libraries around.
But this is the library which is not much expensive but value of money..
