Taste is also not upto the mark. 10-15 years ago Om Sweets were the best but now the quality is just not upto the mark.
Being a loyal customer I go there but come out disappointed everytime.

This not the original om sweet .that exists in Gurugram high level. They did not follow the casual dining concept and provide a warm and hospitable ambience in all the outlets. The group has major expansion plans to open retail outlets across India to sell sweets, snacks and ready-to-eat titbits and fast food products in different formats. Om Sweets will find presence across the country through express retail outlets, takeaways, casual dining retail outlets for family dining. The group plans to enter the export market of ready-to-eat packed snacks and namkeens. This will start with exports to the United States, Europe and Middle East markets.
So careful before visit.
