I availed their services for transferring household goods. To my utter dismay they didn't return some of my quite costly items besides lot of broken goods. And top of it they accepted it at first while I acknowledged the voucher(with comments of non-receipt); but outrightly denied later.
They have delivered my car in damaged condition.
I paid for insurance but they didn't insured goods saying some problem occured.
Guess, they knew before hand about their sorry state of affairs.
The person in charge at Mumbai has a very foul mouth and promise one thing and deny at the next call.
I would suggest all DON'T AVAIL THEIR SERVICE. These are like chameleons change colour and tone when they extract money from you. BEWARE

At the time of the transfer posting on many social media like Facebook, telegram their staff started joining as fake staff and started promoting the Packers and Movers.
So, be aware from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I booked a direct vehicle for transferring of household items from Mumbai to Kanpur at total amount of Rs 60000 out of which 40000 was paid upfront and rest was to be paid at the time of delivery and unloading at kanpur.
The guys came for packing of household items were unprofessional and they had not done packing properly and it resulted in breakage of some items also my sofa cum bed was torn from all the corners the unloading guys also didnt helped in unpacking. My one box of household items was misplaced by them and now they have not delivered two of my 2 wheelers saying that balance money is to be paid first and we are not responsible for what has happened to your goods. is this the way to treat customers also i have all the proofs starting from day 1 when booking was made so i will definitely be going to consumer forum against this unethical and disgusting organisation.
