★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Om travel spoiled my Wedding day...Driver refused to come my whole guest turned home back..No follow up done with the driver Hopeless staff n driver... Giving fake information regarding the bus reaching in 10min and 15 min.
I am myself a travel agent and won't recommend such a careless travels to any of my clients.
They refunded me my bus cost though I was left with sadness and my guest unattended on my big day of my life ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a traveller bus for family from Mumbai to Shirdi with pictures of some full fledged lavish traveller and on the day of journey provided some other traveller in wobbly condition. took more than 13 hours to reach Shirdi, the traveller had no proper headlights, driver was only extorting money in the name of diesel, misbehaved with the entire family members. Total torture for family, waste of money, worst service ever! Don’t go by fancy status and pictures this firm posts!
