β β β β β The quality of delivery system is very very poor and they keep their customer wait for 2-3 hours.
Yesterday, I had placed my order around 08:30 pm, August 31, 2021 and they provided me delivery time 40 min. I was waiting for my order till 10.45 pm and trying to call for the update but they were not responding to me then finally I visited to restaurant around 11 pm and after that which I saw it was really surprising for me, all the phones they kept a side and used cut the call if customer calls for delivery updates.
We saw the situation and asked why you are doing like this? then he replied that, too many customers are calling for the status of delivery. So, that's why I am doing like this. If already had taken too many orders and not able to deliver it on time then, why you guys are taking too many orders? At least inform to the customer it's not possible to deliver on time due to too many orders and limited staff. So, its better to collect it from restaurant or cancel the order.
This shows the quality of management is having uncle chinese.
I don't recommend it to anyone

β β β β β The rates have now raised atleast 45%. And the quantity of chicken has reduced by 50%. If you find 2 pieces of chicken in a Triple Schezwan worth βΉ280, you will be lucky!
Used to be a great place with great quantity at great prices. Not so much anymore. Hence reducing to a 2 stars from 5.

A small joint but quite good food. And portions are quite good. During lunch, you'll see lot of office going crowd.

β β β β β The ambience was good. Veg Crispy was great but Veg Thai Fried Rice was very bland even though it was labelled as very spicy on the menu. There was nothing special about the Thai Fried Rice, it tasted exactly like a normal Fried Rice and it ruined my experience
