Any person who follows their instructions religiously are bound to lose weight and have a toned figure...Am happy to have found such a place for me and my family it's a perfect blend of meditation and therapy for all physical ailments. I would definitely recommend this Om yoga to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with the yoga class has been really good. They provide two different forms of yoga depending on one's need. One can start with yoga and progress to power yoga. Additionally one can also avail machine exercises. They also provide online classes.
Instructors are really nice and give individual attention and guide even in class of 10-12/ batch.

The instructions are clear and amidst the pandemic where every place is being shut down, I think I wouldn't have find anything better than this. The online classes seems to be very helpful and doesn't feel like it's virtual. They are very professional and cater to individual needs.
