★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society with zero maintenance, zero security, no amenities, no club house, power backup which doesn't seem to work. Even they charge you bomb in name of maintainance charges. Think twice before investing.

2. Wide roads.
3. Plenty of parks.
4. Spacious society.
Cons: 1. Common area maintenance charges (CAM) are added along the bill.
2. Power backup doesn't work. Frequent power cuts and fluctuations during the day caused electric appliances to fuse.
3. Maintenance is not satisfactory.
4. Insufficient Street lights. There are Street lights present but they're either fused or the guards don't turn them on.
5. Security isn't tight. No fencing around the area. There are tin plates around, no proper wall.

Outer serving n connecting roads to society not well defined or marked, even google direction make fun of commuters, hilarious.

But the biggest negative point is non availability of the shops in it. Found difficult to get some basic stuffs of daily needs.
This would be great if you would have left some vacant space for the stores.
But good space, well maintained, cleaned and sufficient width of roads.
