Many problems arises when u actually started living;
Electricity cuts will definitely welcome u whole heartedly,
Water problem,
U can easily visualize the water logging even at very little rain,
Roads are destructed everywhere, no maintenance at all still they will charge you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omaxe city is a big housing project which is situated in sector 8 near NH 44, sonipat. In omaxe heights more then 700 flats in 13 towers. Some shops are there for fulfill daily needs like vegetables, grocery, dairy products, sweets etc. In tower no 1saffire, 3rd floor 306 there is a branch of Aditi Boutique n Creation where womens can stich or buy designer dresses and much more.
Peaceful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, but not that good as tulip city is going to be. It's a large city with small park. Not in boundary wall. As compared tulip city is really gated and boundaries are in progress. When it comes to safety nd open space i prefer tulip city sec.17.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (November 2021) We went to visit a friend at Omaxe City. The apartment complex looked pretty well maintained, with neat and clean roads. The stairs and the interior walls were quite clean. The exterior of some of the buildings needs painting when we saw it. The people looked warm and friendly. Overall, a good place to stay, in my view!
