★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took appointment of Dr Sushant Kumar Sethi at this place for my mother. Though the doctor is very humble and polite. The Reception staffs are very unprofessional and rude. I was there to just show the MRI report for the doctor and discussed them and they will agree that it will not charge for consultation as it was there for third time for consulting same patient. After the consultation they agin charged me 500Rs as we took around 15 mins for discussing the doctor and they were like it is after 1.5 months and i see them stop the patient to provide there medicine from there own reference. The Reception people are money oriented and which shouldn't be happen.. I will suggest to improve on this. People are coming for treatment not for your Monopoly business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very bitter experience regarding the timing of the doctor. I took prior appointment for Ultrasound of a critically ill patient & got appointment at 8 AM. After the patient reached at 8 AM. Receptionist said the doctor who does ultrasound will come at 10 AM then immediately I had to call genex diagnostic and got appointment and took the patient for ultrasound there and I am thankful to Mr. Biswa Ranjan Panda for helping me and arranged everything without any problem.
