★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Very Professional, Proactive & Caring Staff. All Doctors having many years of Superb experience in this field so you started trusting them in first meeting.
2) Delux rooms are the best, cleaning done daily 2 times. Everything works from AC to TV to Heating Pan.
3) Pateint food given is of top quality.
4) Children Specialist checked baby 2 times a day & give proper advice & treatment if required.
5) Regarding breast feeding consultant visited frequently for guidance.
6) Best thing is no need to do follow up for anything, they keep doing thier job proactively with great interest.
7) Yes .. Hospital will be crowded during day time & waiting time for consultation is more. Generally 1-2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to the hospital for my regular follow up. Unfortunately Dr. Shembekar was unavailable that day. The assistant doctor asked me to get a few test done and keep me for 2hr for observation due to high BP. That turned into an overnight monitoring. And the next morning Dr. Told me I need to have my c section done.
I was still fine with all of this until the time of discharge.
As my baby was born in the 8th month she was kept in the NICU for 2 days. The pediatrician there Dr. Jyoti Chauhan took my baby's discharge file with her so that we would have to compulsory visit her at the Omega Clinic.
This is not ethical on her part.
I had to wait for 2hours just to retrieve my own baby's file.
Hope such issues are looked into by the management and Dr. Shembekar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do we really value the time of the common man? Really dispointed the way patients are handled and being seated for a long time. No proper management for appointments. If someone enquies about charges and packages reception have no idea, doctors will be the one who decides after meeting the patient.
No proper seating arrangements and even I have been forced to wait downstairs as there are more pregnant ladies waiting for there turn. People are forced to seat on stairs as no space. Really dispointed and would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all the the experience in the hospital is very good. The helping staff helped very well and the behavior was too good Doctors helped us in every situation. Visit for the checkup of baby and the patient was on time . They explain all the thing properly.

My pregnancy case was very sensitive because of sugar
And BP. I shifted from Akola to Nagpur only to take treatment in omega Hospital. Shembekar sir is very confident doctor. He told me in my very first visit to his hospital that don't take tension you will get your baby fine. He attends patients very nicely. The assistant doctors of the hospital is also very nice and prompt. Remaining staff nurses and
office staff is also very cooperative. I had very good experience in Omega Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister underwent two deliveries at this place, in 2017 and 2021. While I would have give 5 stars in 2017, this hospital is completely deteriorated and fully commercialized in last five years. In 2017, Dr Shembekar was personally involved in daily affairs, no more the case in 2021. This hospital is at the mercy of appointed doctors and nurses who do not care about patients and new mothers. While there is lack of good administration which made us to run from pillar to post for everything , my sister also underwent a difficult delivery due to negligence of doctors treating her. It took ~4-5 months to recover her completely inspite of normal delivery. I dont know how good this hospital is for IVF/fertility treatment, but I would not definitely recommend this for mother and child care pre-delivery and delivery.

All the doctors, staff and care takers are friendly, supportive, ready to help anytime and create a special bond with the patient and the family. Feels homely and pampered.
