I have deposited amount for 1 year of two person on 15 march 2020
We have workout only two days
Neither did they set any compensate amount, nor did they inform when it was opened again
Very dirty gym spider webs clearly looks on wall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 5 months of membership left before covid 19 and when i went to the gym they said upfront there is not gona be an extension.. it wasn't like i had 1-2 months left. 5 months it was. Very bad experience, at least they could have compensated by offering me 2-3 months if not for 5 months. Never going back der and won't recommend to anyone..!! Sasta gym sasti suvidha.. ACs are also not upto the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is fraud they are taking hiden charges aafter take a mambership so be were of this gym terms and specially Sun Pharma road braches have a poor insrument always tradmill is off not a subission dumbbell you are alwyas in waiting for dumble trainer is untrained and management is poor quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Along with broken equipments and dirt ridden floors the gyn also has incompetent trainers and staff. They provide little to no help to new comers, sit there play games on their phones and blast loud music on speakers while they enjoy silence on the other side of the glass . Their equipments are broken for the past 3 months i have been there, the staff walks around does nothing. These treadmills dont work, the cycles dont have pedal, cant be adjusted and has seat torn to pieces(left to right in img). The padding for support is torn in bits n pieces which is more painful on the skin than the training on muscle. The staff is rude and provide no assistance. The images are a few example everything wrong here
