Not only that, after I moved from Kolkata to Gandhinagar, mainly Heena ji helped me settle down standing beside me in every aspect. She even provided utensils from her own house initially and all kinds of other support. The owner Ankit Bhai was also equally generous and showed hospitality which is worth-mentioning. Initially, I had some issues with my landlord, and Omkar estate, and again Heena Ji took the prime role and gave me strong support to resolve them. Still now, I know that Omkar Estate is always there to whom I can go and seek help, advice if I have any problem. I am more than happy to say that our relationship is something more than professional, which has a touch of respect, feeling and bonding. I am always grateful to Omkar Est in general, and Heena Ji in particular, for everything she has done for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People of certain professions should never be trusted and real estate brokers are one of them. Talking about this particular brokerage agency, well simply put they are not an exception. Be careful while dealing with them, they are gonna behave very nicely till your deal is closed and once your deal is closed and you pay the brokerage they are gonna show you what they really are. Also, ensure to obtain a copy of rent/lease/purchase agreement that shall be executed later before paying the brokerage and read the draft carefully, I assure you there will be many unpleasant surprises for you in the draft. Finally, it is best to avoid such brokers, one can easily find properties through Eagle newspaper or owner posted properties on various real estate portals.
