Banks sending mails to buyers to start paying pre emi from October 2020 as they say Omkar is not renewing tripartite agreement as promised to subvention customers..so inspite of paying extra for subvention buyers facing all this stress..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction work has stopped since last one year and no clarity on possession date / month , It was covered under subvention scheme and EMI was supposed to start after getting possession but now buyers have been asked to pay Pre-EMI effective Oct 2020..Complete mess..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there last week , construction is going on but not at fast space as expected ,when spoke with engineer I was told they waiting for CC for higher floor .tower A,B,C ,D had 6+ slabs done .does anyone has any Insights on there financial status as far as I know Yes bank had issues but now all sorted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good accessibility of the project. Bang on the highway, near to WEH metro station. Affordable price. However, complete details of the lay out will be known on 29th November. Now, they are taking expression of interest with 45k which will be refunded if we don’t book for after 29th.
