★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best PG I have seen in Pune Kharadi area been living here for almost 3 months the people here are very friendly and plus no worries for food you get it prepared in house with no extra cost The PG also has CCTV security around the campus. Totally recommend everyone who is looking for PG's in Kharadi

The nature of owner is good and care taker is friendly. I would recommend to all of u to stay in Omkar Nivas PG.

~Review~
1) charges: fare enough and cheaper than other available pg in Kharadi area. Rs.6000/month (food+accommodation)March21.
2) facilities: all facilites (24 hr water, bed, cupboard, washing machine, geyser, wifi, tv, parking, room cleaning) are in good and running condition.
3) food: hygienic and tasty enough to have it daily.
4) behavior: owner is a nice person and care taker is friendly. Care taker resolves issues promptly.
5) atmosphere: this pg is systematic neat, clean and peaceful. Withing few days you'll settle well enough and no need to bother about anything.
6) other: no safety deposite needed. No any hidden charges. Owner and care taker have good intention to provide good facilities to working professionals/students on reasonable price.
PG is more lively and cleaner than it appears in photos. Visit once and check it by yourself, you'll never regret visiting.
