★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no parking. The lane is designed for cycle but cars are parked. Also, if you are coming from Sion/Dadar, there is this massive U turn (around 2 Km) before you reach the property, just to find out that the lane has no parking for outside cars and you need to figure out your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the goodwill of Omkar developers, we had bought 2 flats in their Alta Monte project for which they had taken Rs. 2 lakhs/flat as security deposit & it was supposed to be returned after the possession of the flat. It has been 3 years now since the possession & the deposit amount Rs. 4 lakhs has not yet been refunded. Amenities which were promised at the time of booking has still not been delivered. Apart from this there is severe water leakage issue during monsoons in all the parking levels which the builder has not yet repaired even after numerous complaints from residents. Living in Alta Monte is as good as hell. Pls do not trust this fraud builder & do not buy properties in their projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had home In Malad at Kurar Village then suddenly this builder came to develop our area and promised us to deliver our home after two year, It’s been more than 7 years yet we haven’t receive our home. We did biggest mistake of our life that we gave our home to this builder for development.

but i never ever seen other companies anywhere in like freely work, facility and celebrate festivals for staff like omkar company

Though the building was ready in 5 yrs below are things but the quality is poor
Below are things pending since 5 yrs
Corpus funds in crores still held up
Property tax not paid
Water tax not paid
Electricity payment not done and the list goes one.
I just have one question along with our building Kaushik More the lead for our project built another building for outsiders and got everything set for them so why keep us hanging for so long
