Had booked Omm creations for my reception at the Hindusthan International.. I've worked with other event managers/decorators for my engagement and marriage, hence I can accordingly benchmark.
I've had a bad experience with them. The owner named Rupeesh is hard to converse with... not sure how they are in the service industry when he doesn't know how to speak to the customers.
Multiple time he has changed his words around the package inclusions and it's pretty difficult to have a conversation after you have paid the advance...
The stage was horrible with no proper backdrop (a mere cheap white screen).. He provided white halogen lights on the stage.. We wondered no decor would have been better.
Even things like low-smoke was missing during brige/groom entry which was earlier promised both verbally & in written.
The guy Rupeesh kept on giving incorrect/false information around vendor approval on one of their partner event manager (who did our wedding but they did a great job unlike Omm creation). Due to this we had to mediate between these event managers and hotel management.
Overall, I'd strongly recommend not to go with these people...neither work was good (infact below average and can be done with 30% of the price) nor their behaviour. I'll shortly post the photos of the stage..
You pay event managers to have a peace of mind but here it was different :D.
