★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called Oxford Elevator in morning and the person on phone got us an evaluation-visit for the same day. Within a week, the entire installation was complete and we were quite happy with the payment too. Mr. Gagare kept us in the loop and even though, we had to vacate the area for the installation, we were informed on the process.
Also, three months back, we encountered some technical issue with the elevator and we called Mr. Gagare The response was swift and it got fixed the same evening. These people are really down-to-earth and professional!
I'll strongly recommand Oxford Elevators for anything in the field of vertical transportation system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have Auto door and collapsable manual lift of some of most branded lift. But their maintance charges are too high so that we can afford them. We call many lift service companies but no one ready to provide service since manual lift of Kone is to complex. Lastly we called Oxford Elevators and they did fantastic job.
Now Oxford team is taking care of our 2 lifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with Oxford Elevators for about two years in Pune. Their office staff is courteous, professional and helpful and their mechanics are experts that get the job done! Response time for requests to repair a lift during business hours and after-hours has been immediate. They have done everything from major equipment upgrades to helping trapped residents during power outages and emergency.
Fortunately, Oxford takes care of needed repairs and paperwork so that the association complies with the legal requirements.
I enthusiastically endorse Oxford Elevator is the best for passenger lift and have recommended their services to other business owners and peoples.

Many issues faced by society due to Lift.
We are in trouble, problem arises in every week and as their company is in Nashik they assist very weak service ?.
So it's a kind suggestion spend your hard earned money on some valuable thing ✨.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, worst quality material, never ever hire this company.
They never follow their commitment.
We have suffered a lot because of their delayed services and responses.
They don't deserve business as they don't know the business and dont have expert people in their team.
To summarise hiring them is the biggest mistake.
Soon our builder is going to reach out to consumer court to cancel their licence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from this company! DO NOT take their services at all. (Diamond Park Sapphire, Mumbra, Thane). It's been so many years but he as still not delivered everything we need. Whenever we reach out to them for help they just give excuses. Our lifts are in dangerous situation because of the poor setup done by this company. Entire society is extremely disappointed from them especially with Shyam & Shubash. Save your money from these Frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lift and its service in mumbai and Thane district. They are taking 8-10 months for installation. Maintenance services is zero . They are not able to arrange parts for smooth functioning of lift. Also they are failed to arrenge technical staff to maintain the lift. I personally suggest pls don't buy from Oxford elevator you will also suffer. My review is only for mumbai and Thane district.
