★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor courier service by On Dot courier Palampur. Desh Raj who is leading the business of On Dot courier palampur is so annoying & keep your urgent deliveries with them for 4-5 days & everytime makes excuses such as delivery agent is on leave, not available or not feeling well.
So better to avoid this courier agency for any urgent shipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services of this delivery agent is pathetic,he use to keep customers couriers for 4,5days and after 4,5 days he will call you and then orders you to come to his office and collect your courier.
I don't know why big companies handover the couriers to this delivery agent, he is a barrier in supply chain process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience. Initially couriered by FedEx. However, they have contacted OnDot for local delivery. This OnDot office Order denied delivery with wrong address comment. Other delivery services like Bluedart, Xpress bees, Delivehry deliver orders at doorstep. Total waste of time, money and resources.
