He is a fraud. He would pickup your courier which would never deliver and then he would don't pick up the phone. Seems he himself steals up the things and then says his car got robbed on the way. Because when asked for FIR, he just remains silent for weeks.
Warning - Book at your own risk. If your courier gets lost, he would stop picking up your calls and don't bother anything.
