★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started my mother treatment recently thru oncoplus. Overall good process and hygiene maintained by staff. Good care of patient taken from admission to discharge. Only feedback , need to have little bigger room as current space is very less and rooms are small. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst worst worst experience highly unprofessional staff mismanged team
we got our father admitted there the doctor who was seeing our patient he is the only accet to the hospital other wise the entire management staff including GM is highly unprofessional doctor conducted some test reports should be out in 3-4 days which took 11 days and when we use to call them they use to say it will come tomorrow which took 11 days and when we use to call the GM he use to switch off his mobile.so don't go to this pathetic hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To Bad exp..... Called 3 times to Recep to make me talk to the HR of Directors for urgent need - as m fm out station - But the Recep lady just kept the line on face saying we cannot give. And then don't even talk also - Mr. Director me also on Admin train the staff of else u LL lose reputation for such staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this hospital to get a dressing done for a wound. Barely anybody in the staff was wearing mask. No temperature was checked or any sanitization provided by the hospital at the entrance. Took two pictures of the staff sitting at reception and pharmacy. I was taken to a room for dressing where cancer patients where there, there was a person doing some maintenance there, again without a mask.
No sense of professionalism for their work. No COVID protocols followed, nothing is being followed at a HOSPITAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no seating arrangement in the floor where the patient is admitted and there is no fan outside. Either sit in the stairs or go to the basement, there is suffocation in basement AC, my mother has face breathing in the basement, she gets upset, she does not allow her to sit in the room, please improve all these things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hospital for the very first time with my mother who is senior citizen and was suffering from fever. I consulted dr GAURAVJAIN.. Amazing human being and wonderful doctor. He attends all his patients very gently and give enough time to understand their problems. And gives the solutions very politely. And her staff members specifically sunita. Very help ful and understandable. May god bless all of them.
I visited dr NITIN RATHI Too. He is also very intelligent dr. Understand problem very quickly.
