★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the poor services which I have come across. Despite of calling to the operator again and again there is no response. They give assurance that their executive will visit, but they take whole day and visit the other day. Then only I come to know that validity is expired. There is no such facility to intimate about expiry of package. When the complaint is placed to the operator the response comes after 2 days. Today I made payment using paytm to activate, the operator said, he is going to activate within 5 minutes. After half an hour I called him again, then he said his person is on lunch after lunch he will see this. After 3 hours when I called again, he said why didn't I call him to tell that connection is not activated. What a fuss... Then I told him, is it my mistake that i have taken your services,then he says that he is going to cancel my connection and return the money. What kind of service is this? While installing I had to buy my own modem, then I paid installation charges, but these people did not fix the wire, even today the wire is still laying on my wardrobe. usually other internet service providers don't charge. I recently installed hathway in the nearby place in my office, they gave their own modem and did not charge for installation and fixed the wires properly. But this is very bad service. I even called to customer care, bit they say that only my operator can sort out this. What to do..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, internet breakdown for whole day, frequently slow speed as below 1 MBPS in 50 MBPS plan. They tell you to resolve issue within 24 hour, but actually they will look into your issue when 24 hour are over. They don't have enough bandwidth servers as per number of connections so either you will face slow speed or disconnectivity for long hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service provider whenever electricity gone internet also got shut down and I don't understand one thing if we have ups inverter so why they don't have backup. Every time internet got shut down in noida sec 54 area. They guys are charge service fee and internet fee why still not able provide internet. When i try to connect a supervisor. Each and every call agent disconnected my call. Even csa agent very disrespectfull. Company not spending money on them that is why they are not happy to work and as well as vendor also not providing good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest froad company for providing internet connections.. always cheating with customers.. service is very very poor...internet not working properly two days working and two days not working... also when I talked with customer care..they are not doing anything... I raised the complain two times and without fixing the issues they have close the complain...
I suggest you guys don't go with One Broadband connection... they will not provide service properly....waste of money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too worst service, he raise complain and do not notify customer and without resolve the issue they close ticket by himself. They only do refresh router every time . They said your plan is 200 mbps but getting speed issue all the time in their fiber connection. Network speed is not consistent. if their was any option to give minus five (-5) rating, I will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cheated with customer and his owner and staff only provide assurance not provide proper solution and they provide very bad service and his customer care they don't have proper knowledge and they mention in his side provide 500 mbbs speed I think it's fake because they are not providing these speed. So no one can connect these service provider because they making fake promise and these are very bad internet service provider
