★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre I have ever seen staffs are very rude faltu ka bill bna denge guys I suggest you to not buy OnePlus phone better toh buy mi real me phone becouse there is only one service center in Bihar and staaff are very rude they don't do any work .

When I reached here for my earphone service there is fight going on with customers and service manager...
Fight is going on for 10 minutes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the staff is not good their is no time management . It's opening time is 10 am but they say that working time is 10:30 after that I say that on website the time is 10:00 am they say that their is many thing written in website we don't care about is written on website

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone there for my Bluetooth earphone which was not working...the service centre is not so spacious but your problem will be sorted out as soon as possible...before visiting there take an appointment online for fast service.
If you are going there by your personal vehicle you will not get any parking area so be prepared for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quick, people were welcoming (once it's your chance and they actually call your name, but before that they will be rude). The token system was not clear before I reached. Shop opens at 10:20-10:30 but I would really recommend you to download OnePlus care app -> register your device and book a service before coming to the store. If you booked earlier then come ASAP and sit for a while ?

Do not trust on other reviews.
I went on weekend i.e. Saturday.
First I was scared after reading so much review that there is long line and waiting is too much.
I went there as my screen of One plus Nord 5g was broken. I haven't collected the coupon as well.
Still I got my phone screen repaired with 2 hrs.
This is simply amazing.
Some reviews are literally fake I guess.
Visit there - service centre then only you will know those guys are doing literally fast and furious work.
