They are charging for original OnePlus components price where the parts could be duplicate.
Also, first few reviews of this center seems suspicious..
Edit : this is not authorised as confirmed by their member in store. Also, please check OnePlus website to find authorised service centers (p.s. you won't find this shop's name)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience...Took my phone as it was rebooting constantly. Was told that motherboard is damaged and cost of repair is 13k. Looked up a Youtube video & reset the phone at home & it is working fine now. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters. I got the screen combo replaced for my one plus 5. Said that it will be original. But replaced it with duplicate and also damaged the original camera of my phone and then replace it with duplicate. Charged me8.5k. Altogether they also lied that they are certified OnePlus service center which they are not. Along with that they don't bother to raise there voice on you. If you start complaining.
