I book cab from this company for Ahmedabad to Udaipur before 1month. My pickup time 4:15am
First they ask to pay 1000rs advance.
I already pay 1000rs by website.
And Mr bafna canform my cab booking and
When I reach at airport early morning 4:30am and call to driver Mr Singh but he ask I am out side of airport I will be their with in 10mnt. But he will come their after 1:30hour approx 6am. Cab was not clean and also driver was tired. when I ask to driver can you drive from Ahmedabad to Udaipur now. He told me I will change cab out side of airport. But I ask y u change cab if possible then call to another driver and he can pick me now.
But Mr. Singh angry and tolking to me very badly to local language " Beth a h to Beth Varna tuje is airport Pr Koi gad I nahi dega and also he is abusing me. So I leave this place and book cab from airport prepaid cab and came to Udaipur when I requested to Mr bafna please refund my advance money he ask I can't

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give zero star to the ignorant, arrogant, and imbecile customer service provided by One Way Cab. The driver created a big hoopla for stopping the car for even 5 mins on the way to Ahmedabad from Surat. And ironically the company wasted 20 mins of their super precious time convincing how the driver must follow only one route and must not stop for 5 mins on the way to again save their precious time. I don't recommend this disgusting inhumane service to anyone.
