★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at the store even though i am die heart fan of one plus mobiles and using since years. I just updated oxygen 12 in my one plus 9 but dialer was not found after update so i approached the store. People of this store misguided me by saying that we couldn't help you any thing in this as its a popular bug of oxygen 12 so you need to visit service center only. I hardly reach service center and mr. Virendra at service center took only 2 minutes to find it which was only disable . These store guy do anything while selling the product but found negative while asking for any kind of support. I request one plus to take strong action against the stores who are breaking hearts of their users
