★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its the only service centre in kota. located in backside area of akash mall, aerodrome circle. its open from 10 to 6 pm. after 6p.m, they won't take your complaints, its only delivery time. the staff is cooperative

Edit: I forgot to mention how the contact number in maps never get picked up.
They want you to miraculously turn on your broken display and show them the IMEI number to continue with the service and not only that everyone is required to pay in advance whether it be 1000 or 10000Rs. Wait time is 7-8 days as conveyed by the staff even if we are at the service centre.
Better use the one plus online repair service and do keep your IMEI number cause one plus doesn't care of you have thrown your 3-4 years old box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drop my phone one plus 7t for 10 days after that company will provide display for changing. Then service center repair my phone and he took payment for repair in advance.
Bad service from one plus company I suggest you don't purchase one plus bad service experience.

on first they were like hehe humare yha to light hi ni aa rhi..to aaj ni hoga aap phir se aao...aur mai 15 km door se aya tha..phone krke..wow
oneplus is good but....coustumer service is somehow tackle rudely. bad experience.
