★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One plus have always been known for their after-sale customer service. But I was highly disappointed with my visit. I had a black spot on the screen of my OnePlus 8t. I went to the service centre for diagnosis. On the first day after waiting for about an hour their executive told me that this screen needs to be changed and for this you have to keep the phone with us to which I denied and asked the other alternative. She told me that u may visit us next week in the morning at 11am and the screen will be changed on the same day. I did the same but first they took my phone for examination and then told they don't have screen and they will keep my phone for a week. I told them that u indent the screen and inform me once it arrives but she was adamant that they can't order until they have my phone with them.
On the contrary, service centres should have the spare parts available at all time irrespective of the demand. I got my same screen changed at Faridabad centre in an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue moves very slow. Waiting time especially in a city like Mumbai must be reduced. Overall the experience was good. Location is very good, just below seawoods railway station. Service centre is nicely designed and built. Technicians are knowledgeable. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service center ever, no commitment towards customer and the customer experience is very poor here. The service center in Mumbai is far better than this. Never gonna buy a Oneplus device again after this awful service. In my two visits i was told that they are going through some system upgrade and to come back once they call, i never received any call and went to their store again today and was told that the parts aren't available for this device and to use it the way it is. Also the customers have to stand out of the store in queue as they donot have proper arrangement for seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very dispointed from one plus service, there staff is very polite but after sell service is very very poor they took more than two weeks for give me replacement of my wired earphones. Next time I twisly think for purchasing oneplus stuff.

Bhushan D was was very helpful to us and was able to find the issue after quite a detailed check.
We were able to walk out the store in 20 minutes with the phone repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very courteous staff. They went out of their way to get my repair done in an hour which normally would have taken 3 hours. I went at 6 and they gave me back the mobile at 7 fully repaired the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Good coordination. But it takes very long time for each customer to serve. People need to wait more than 30 min to 40 min, even 50 min sometimes, for their turn. Paper work can be reduced. Over all technical team is well efficient to resolve the issue. Well mannered and decipline staff.
