They take a long time for repairs and specially for replacements they will provide new product after 15days and again you ave to visit there to collect the product, i guess this is the one thing which one plus can resolve.
And staff is not that friendly, i mean they're not rude but not friendly is well they'll just do duty don't do any extra favor in case yiu need so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I am addicted in OnePlus phones since many years, I was eager to see and to buy the new OnePlus 10 Pro as soon as possible.
After phone hase been launched in India I went to OnePlus Experience Store on Connaught Place, where I was disappointed. Staff was very unfriendly and incompetent, did’t take the time to advise me. I left the store and went to OnePlus Store in Q-Block Green Park Extention. There the employees were even more incompetent! I was told, that the 12GB/256GB OnePlus 10 Pro is not available in India!!!
After a recommendation from a friend I went (with little hope) to OnePlus Experience Store in Saket. I entered the shop and from the first moment on the employees gave me the feeling that I am a welcome customer! All staff greeted me politely, everything was proper and clean, all sales items were nicely placed.
I was advised by Mr Ankit Bhatnagar, a very friendly, courteous and competent shop assistant. Understandable an uncompicated he answered all my questions, he didn’t try to persuade me to buy anything, moreover he tried to accommodate my wants and needs!
At the end I bought the phone, after the payment I was told I will receive the invoisevis email in theevening – and of coure I got it as promised!
I would like to give a big compliment to the whole team, especially to my advisor Mr. Ankit Bhatnagar, for the shopping experience and would like to thank you all!
To everyone who is planning to buy a OnePlus phone: Don’t wast your time in other shops, go straight way to OnePlus Experience Store Saket!

Avoid this outlet at all costs.
More importantly don't buy any expensive OnePlus accessory. The reason is the poor quality, short warranty period and no option of repair for accessories.
The right earbud of my OnePlus Buds Pro stopped charging and one of the pins went inside after barely one month of use.
I tried to fix it for a few minutes but it didn't help. When I took it to the service center they were very confused and were trying to avoid giving a replacement since the 15 day replacement period had ended.
Once I told them I had tried to push the pin out using a safety pin once, they immediately told me the device had stopped charging due to "customer induced damage".
This is their ultimate weapon.
I regret being honest with them because the device has just stopped charging on its own and nothing I did had caused this.
Remember that these are almost worth ₹11,000 and there is no option to repair. I am expected to just throw them away because one side of the the charging case isn't working.
The service center essentially tries to avoid giving you any free service - their goal is clearly not to help customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ did not replaced or repaired smart watch because of minor dent on tuch glass.service executive told me that this is accessories,that only be replaced in warranty.watch is working while charging but not on battery......use the word use and through........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a service call, the staff is really polite and informative. They are quite knowledgeable in their trade. Immediately analysed the problem and provided quick resolution to it. One of the best and executive experience in electronics services. Feel free to visit for any concerns regarding your devices. Strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it was 2022 that I finally decided to step into the red cable club...the retail experience centre at anupam complex was where I stepped in.The experience was good staff are responsible and attend to most queries with quick assistance.The interaction was good and they dealt with us and concluded the sale smoothly.Best time to go is in the morning when it's not too crowded.Interface design can be revamped sometime interior design etc does have scope for improving but from a professional conduct point of view it serves the purpose.
