I have met an accident a few days ago, in which i have got my "OnePlus 7t pro McLaren Edition" broken with back and front glass + screen. The total cost was of Rs 17500 for screen and 2800 for back glass. They fixed the screen but not re-assemble the fingerprint sensor, and then they asked for back glass i told them not to replace it as it is not that broken so they just need to paste it there again but they didn't even used thier gum to paste it they just kept it on the old one. Then i revisited the center to get the fingerprint done and to get it pasted correctly as it was coming out...then they gave some excuse and told me that it will be replaced only and there is no other way to paste it. Believe me i have lost more than Rs.2 lakh in that accident and every single penny was a pain for me extra... Then my brother took me to another shop besides this center of mobile repairing. They have taken Rs.200 and pasted it again. Believe me it was so smooth experience in local shop.
I had stiches in my right knee and they have not even looked at me and had no courtesy. But in Local shop they stood up and arrange one chair and stool for me to make me comfortable till the time i am there at their shop.

Money Making Solutions ( For Store's Growth)
Less Communication and Understanding Of Actual Issue. (Inadequate Knowledge)
Irresponsible Repairing Work. ( Poor Work Quality)
**Please Visit To Any Other Centers where the service is better or To Any Local Shop near you but good one**.
