All staff were so polite and But really such worst experience at Aurangabad, Prozone, store the lady who were attending and handling my queries was so arrogantly, i was with my family she doesn't even have sense how to treat your customers my 4 year's son ran towards display to see it was obvious he is kid so they brighter thing's and go there but Mrs.Poonam Shouted on him so badly and at the same time while handling me she were busy on the phone i really don't this how treat to customers or this prozone mall store is the special one and i can't write about that
If this could have been a man situation would have been very different,
It's my request to kindly take actions on such staff or else the day is not so far when oneplus will not be able retain there customer's and their trust.

I visited the executive which was dealing with me was rude in behaviour.Rakesh,Heena, Poonam they were not communicating properly so please ensure that strict action is been taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever buy OnePlus device from this store, they were asking to change whole screen just because it was unglued. Which later just fixed for 200 rupees. Insted go for samsung mobile.

But, now service center is shifted to cannot place they are giving very very worst service also not giving me proper solution also service center Does not have proper tools to open the phone(told by lady sitting on reception) also not giving proper feedback
