★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst OnePlus store ever. The sales people are very cunning and can easily fool you. When we confronted them, he responded very rudely and was very unprofessional.
Been to the store yesterday to buy OnePlus 9 Pro. They gave the phone without checking. The pre-installed screen guard had a bubble in it which they didn't show us. We only saw it once we got home. Immediately informed them about the issue and they said they'd replace it. Once we went the next day, he cunningly took the screen guard off and asked to go the next store to install another screen guard. And the other screen guard installed was way worse than the original one.
Better buy your OnePlus gadget online or in another store rather than spoiling your new gadget experience in this worst store.
