β β β β β I want to share my bad experience here si that everyone is aware about the unprofessional service that these guys are providing. I took my OnePlus 7 there as it suddenly stopped working and it wasn't getting switched on as well. They took 4-5 hours but were clueless about the actual issue. Then they asked me to keep the phone with them for a day so that they can diagnose the issue, but post that also they couldn't figure out the problem.
I went to the centre to collect my phone back. They gave me the phone back but rubber bands were applied on it and I didn't check/notice that the display was broken by them.
I went home and checked under lights I saw a thin, long crack on the display. I realised I have made mistake by allowing these inexperienced guys handle my phone and while collecting it back I should checked it thoroughly. I went to the centre and they started blaming me saying this crack is there because of my carelessness. This is how I was fooled. Now I have to first repair the display and then trace the actual issue why the phone was dead.
Saw similar sort of review posted here by someone where they broke his laptop. Be careful guys and avoid their services. I lost my expensive phone because of them.

β β β β β My search for Mobile phone repairs ends here. A ONE STOP SHOP FOR MOBILE REPAIRS
Recently, My Mi phone screen was broken and they went about in a very professional manner dissecting the problem and charging me only for the cost of what needs to be changed.
I think this can be a very good genuine place for phone repairs, very rare to find where others are ready to abstract money through unnecessary means.
I have had my phone repaired and for last 1 week it's working well. So, fingers crossed and hope they continue to be genuine in their spares, service and ofcourse the cost.

β β β β β Got my laptop back after 2 days my issues were of audio IC and gpu everything else was fine with my laptop but as soon as they got my laptop they called me saying that the laptop was not turning on i told them that it was working fine and then it was their responsibility if anything happened after a day they tell me that my power button is messed up which was never the issue i told them i needed that fixed and my laptop returned iβve just received it with physical damage to my power button and laptop and 6 of my screws are missing. What a great experience. Please save yourself from the trouble and avoid these guys. Instead of repairing they damage your hard earned product.
