★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is worst of all service centers. They will use duplicate parts, no geniune parts used and deduct money for nothing... Fraud ppl.... they dont know how to behave also.... This store isn't genuine store a 3rd party service center, so you can assume the service which will be available
Response to your reply: You used duplicate parts because of which I have to visit multiple times to get it rectified. Your service charge concept should be applicable only when you give service with product not for damaging the existing things. Anyways for readers, worst experience ever, won't recommend to visit this store. Better go to Brigade Road or Sony Signal, genuine parts and will give you proper response to your problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the store for the volume and power button replacement for one plus 6. I had called the store before and mentioned that I would need to see the repair being done. After reaching the store it was denied for me to see the repair happening and I exited the store. This was a waste of my time and cab travel esp. since I had confirmed this on phone. Apart from this i had reached the store around 11:45 and it was still shuttered, and opened around 12 after calling the number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not authorised service centre for one plus, so please be judge for yourself. And since they do not share the serial number or UID for the parts used, you will never be sure if it's original or not.
They do however provide 2 months of warranty for manufacturing defect. Work done by them was clean, still testing it out. Will update in case have some new stuff to share.
Device - OnePlus 7T
Fixed Damage - Display and back Glass
Didn't Fix - Fingerprint sensor (not sure if it started occuring due to type of replacement parts used)
Charges - 15k
They charged on par with service centre but really not sure about the genuine parts. Will visit authorised service centre to validate and will update

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got screen replacement for oneplus 6t from here. The proximity sensor stopped working. They denied this is due to the screen fix done and said sensor need to be replaced with additional cost as it is an existing damage . When I asked why was this not highlighted when u did the screen change as you had mentioned everything checked and working fine after screen replacement . There was no answer from the gentleman. Since I didn’t want to take another chance I took the phone back with the sensor issue and took to kormangala service center whether they identified it was due to incorrect screen fixing that prevented the sensor from working properly . They removed the screen and fixed it properly and the sensor started working fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly good service center for OnePlus devices. Very quick and professional services are being given at affordable prices. If the device is non warranty, it's much more hassle free and replacement will be given on the spot. Highly recommended to visit if you face any problem with the OnePlus devices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got screen replacement for oneplus 7t from here, fingerprint scanner stopped working after that, they denied responsibility which is strange since it is in screen fingerprint sensor.. and sensor is not damaged as even they confirmed. I was even ready to pay for new sensor but they could not make it work with even a new sensor.
I was told they will get back to me when new stock of sensors comes, which to me feels a complete excuse.
If I ever get it fixed will be happy to change my review...

The front desk is very nice and kind an informative. Resolved my issue within a day, I'm using OnePlus 9pro mobile which fell from my hand and screen also back glass got damaged, yesterday I submitted my mobile here for service and now today I'm using it issue resolved.
It look like nothing happened to it, the way technician done the work on it I'm so happy can't tell you.!
