★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic team...I went there for transfer of my NSC from punjab...the lady there was either not willing to do or she does not know how to do it..she was continuously saying go to punjab and get it done from there. Means I need to spend some 15000 rs, two days leave from office...wow...what a brilliant lady she is......I was shocked after listening the what she was saying....thought the govt departments are changing...but seems like a long way to go....
