- First they gave me less time in practical round.
- He insults rathar taking interview.
- very unprofessional way of conducting interview.
Don't go for this company as they need quality work in no time.

Lots of opportunities for freshers to learn and grow. Overall experience was quite good with OnGraph.

they took my interview for almost an hour. But unfortunately I couldn't crack their first round. good thing was that the interviewer suggested me the corners where i was lacking so I can improve in the future.
Their HR could have contacted me or dropped me a mail about my feedback. And also it helps to close a loop between one candidate and the company. I get to know about my feedback from a third party after two months i gave this interview.

Above review was during working there. I also rated 5 but now less 3 star so that I am rating 2 start. The behavior of Mr. Himanshu Pachauri who is the project manager of apporto. I don't know how management consider for selecting as project manager.
1. He has no manner how to communicate with junior employee.
2. If his team member done the task then he try to find out his mistake which is not logical, not to appreciate on his work.
3. A day i did mistake that when I was working a task and in between lunch time stop working and instance was down. I forgot to fix that other was facing issues in that time. After the lunch when I back to work then Himanshu come to desk and ask "AGAR NEXT TIME SE INSTANCE DOWN KIYA TOH MAI TUMHARI AISI TAISI KAR DUNGA." on the rude way. I know it was mistake but it doesn't mean to say anything. I decided to write mail as a complaint to HR Department but one my colleague stopped me ask don't do this.
Dear HR manager, please ask to your employees to communicate to their junior on the polite way.
And rest thing, Environment was good and boss Arihant Sir is also cool. Totally good company. I don't recommend to join himanshu Pachauri team.
