Some products were missing and they haven't refunded the money yet.
They don't even provide mask and gloves to their co-workers during this pandemic.
Won't suggest anyone to buy from Anvi basket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent app interface so all marks. But very dried soggy vegetables were sent in my 1st order and I had to throw few away...so can't recommend for vegetables..quality monitoring is completely missing for veggies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of fraudsters. They only take orders and dont give delivery, you can't reach them if you have prepaid.. so forget about any refund. When u call the only number provided their executives use foul language in reply.
Stay away from them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are bunch of frauds . I strictly recommend to stay away from these fraudsters . They will never refund the money of the items which they fail to deliver and if you contact the owner for the same he will never pick up the calls nor will respond to your messages . There is a number shared on their app if you contact on that the guy will answer you in a very repugnant way and even uses F*** word when you ask for the refund . In this pandemic situation they have choose to fool people and loot their money in this way .

I wud hv given dat.V can understand due to lockdown it is not easy to manage but atleast this app sud nt claim to deliver in just 1 hr.For me it took almost 30to31hrs to deliver.I did multiple no of follow-ups bt tht did nt helped me out in anyways ? Order: Mango's,Apple's, pomegranate's n Oranges all wr below grade n overripe or underripe so v hav to throw few of them.Pathetic Service:Thy hav 100rs deliverycharge n tht is too costly and quality is worst with late delivery
