Earlier, Online was based in Porvorim. They're now at Verna (but outside the industrial estate, in a first-floor office just off the main road).
A lot of my early understanding of the potential application of IT came from here, as did our initial inspiration about Free/Libre and Open Source Software. From an info activist point of view, I gained from their work on shaping Wordpress-based sites as affordable info-sharing tools.
OPSPL was also involved with the Goa computers in schools project, and individuals from here have played a helpful (sometimes leading) role in many IT related activities in Goa.
