★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed by the Online service. Ordered a top and returned it back because of size issues. I returned the top back on 19th july and it’s 26th august today. It’s about 30-40 days today. And the best part is they aren’t replying to the mail and I can never connect with them on call because the call is always on waiting. And if by any chance I get a reply on mail, they write that they will send me a link in 2-3 days on which I have to fill my card details, but I never get that link. My amount is gone. Never going to shop with ONLY ever again. A lot to my friends and family used to purchase from this brand but I guess now no one is ever going to buy from them.
