★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took their cab service from delhi to manali. The cab and the driver was good except for the return where the tyre got punctured 3-4 times. We took almost 27 hrs for the return instead of 12-14 hours as shown by maps. The tyres quality were bad and there were overall 5 punctures during the 7 day trip. One of the tyre were bulging from the beginning and we told the driver at the start too. Apart from that we got the disk brakes and front left light changed too during return. There was a time where both the tyre and the spare got damaged and we have to wait for almost 1.5 hrs to get a new tyre. I think there should be some quality checks on the tyres too, as a puncture at high speed may create problems too. Overall if I ignore the return journey the journey was good and the driver was co-operative too. Also there were extra charges for the journey from manali to atal tunnel. We got to know about the extra charges post the return. It would be good to inform upfront for any additional charges.
