ALL The good reviews are written by their own team only,just to impress the customer with the review. Guy's please ? don't take any bike from here,the service is also very very much poor and they will not esponse Ur call at all,they behave with the customer like they are the Boss, specially all the Mechanic who work inside their zone,and all the bike or scooty are too Old product.Its very word, it's better if u take Vogo or any other rental company.they only run after the money,After ur payment done and if u got any problems on Ur bike then they will tell u to check it in outside the other garage,they will not do inside their zone/garage.If u say something then they will started scolling ,Very very bad experience,I don't want to give even 1star also to them, there's no any other options then 1star for that I keep 1star,they are Not caring for the customer.they only think about the payment.

One of the worst experience in my life to booked an ontrack Honda Dio . Just after 1day of the delivery it's stoped working. Starting problem. I complain to customer care they asked me to push the scooty to Kormangala to their Workshop. I took their and after 6 hours they told me that it's ok and you can take this, But it was in terrible condition. Fed up with scrap Honda dio KA51AB4290 bkd.for one month return back in 15 days. Not refund any money. In15 days i took that Honda dio 6 times in their service center and waited for servicing for more than 22 hours but the result was same. They deal with scrap vechile that not fit for a ride. Clear case of cheating. One of the worst experience of my life.I don't know in this highly competitive segment of bike rental how can ontrack provides such worst customer experience.....

Actually they don't provide proper Customer Service, After paying I need to call 20 times per day I think for getting the vechile details and where the vechile is. I experienced very poor service. They are not telling exact time for pick upthe vechile .today I have payed and I dint't get the vechile and I don't know they will calculate the rent from Today. They informed me to come after 6 pm and vechile will be available but while I reach destination they informed now it has closed and Come tommorow morning. I dont know by tommorow morning what happens. Please try to give proper information Ontrack Bike Rental Service Customer also meeting expenses for Reching the destination and getting time wasted for Trusting you.

Its really sad that the company who used to take customers seriously now are not doing the same. They give some bikes which are at all not in good condition and the vehicles are not serviced properly. The management system is too bad. They gave me a jupiter which have starting problem and doesn’t start in self or kick u have to kick literally 15-20 times depending upon the scooter it will start. I raised a complaint and they are least bothered to take it. It took 7 days exactly to get the replacement vehicle I didn’t even ride the vehicle for one day also then after calling 20-25 times once to customer care once to the manager and he said tomorrow tomorrow we will replace ? it was seriously a problematic one. I was a old customer and day by day the management system is going down! They don’t provide helmets too due to covid but after requesting the hub manager gave me ?thanks . Do I have to waste my time calling to customer care again for the extension they told me that they will give me extension for 7 days as I didn’t used the vehicle only due to this i wasted money on travelling with auto to go to college. U just lost an old customer due to this. Cheers. Still I don’t expect that I will get the extension and the problem resolution is just a gimmick (updated) Finally I got the extension the owner directly called me and made the extension so far the cheapest monthly rental but think before u rent sometimes u might get into problems. After rent services are worst! (Update) I told I want to return the vehicle, they accepted and came after 2 days from the day I called and the due date was overdue and because of that they are charging me 300Rs extra from the app if u want to book a vehicle again!??seriously?

They don't pick up calls when assistance needed...They just keep ignoring you....I took the vehicle just a day before yesterday and it is not starting now. Not only self start but Kick is also not working. I can't even take it to the workshop. I'm just soo irritated. Never ever take a bike from here. They are still not picking up my calls.

I don't know why they can't just pick up the call! I wanted to book a bike, paid Rs 4,249, and when I opened the app, it said payment failed. Now my money is gone and i am left with no vehicle, and they are not picking up my calls or responding to my WhatsApp messages. Their email also does not seem to exist. UPDATE After a lot of tries, they did finally get back through Google chat with business option and eventually called me back. I got the bike and it was satisfactory service.

Used this place a few years ago and it was decent even though it was slightly price. Used it again this year from Feb to March for one month it was the worst rental experience I had with the scooter's (Honda Dio) ignition having stopped working after 2 days. Needed to kick start after that but only used it about 4 times in all. Horn wasn't working and the bright lights weren't turning off. Tried calling customer service to fix these issues after a few days but they never picked up. Returned the scooter on the last day and didn't recieve a single penny back in compensation. Nice. What a waste. If you don't believe me, there's a guy who wrote a very similar review to mine who had the same unfortunate experience with the same scooter.

The place was easy to find. Checked two Avengers 220cc and selected what we liked. It was in good condition. Rode it for Approx 600KM and had fun riding it. The customer support was nice, people at the Ontrack company seemed to be friendly. Would recommend to check the bike and talk to staff if you have any concerns, the staff is really nice. Good luck
