★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got to know about Onway Packers when Karthik Bhardwaj aka Karthik Kaushik from their team reached out to me, after getting a lead from Justdial. Karthik pretends to be very sweet, kind and accommodating till the time his fault is highlighted.
After he sends the quote, he requests for advance payment to confirm the booking even though his quote clearly mentions 0% advance payment needed. I transferred ₹2500 to what I got to know was a personal account as the advance. He promised a proper acknowledgement receipt and a booking number, which was not received even after giving repeated reminders. He just sent the booking number on WhatsApp.
On the day of the move, he promises us that the labour will reach by 7AM with the packaging material. As per our request, he agreed to send 2 small vehicles as our place could not accommodate a full size truck. The labour did not reach at 7. We were given the following time after multiple calls: 7AM, 10 AM, 11AM and 12PM. The labour reached us at 2:30 PM with no prior information from Karthik's side. They were lost and had got a full size truck. After they could not get the vehicle in, they came to see our place, and ran away with no intimation. We kept calling them to find out they had left by 4:30PM.
Our move was then postponed. We had to book another local mover and packer and pay him separately. Karthik has been rude afterwards and has made up different stories while talking to me and to my mother. He first delayed our refund, and is now after 2-3 weeks saying that refund is not possible. We even got in touch with another member of their team called Dalbir Sangwan, who promises to call back but we never get the call from him. Karthik says different things on text and different things o call.
Even after repeated calm requests, we have got a positive response for full refund. It is only fair that we get our refund if we did not avail their services but they seem to be running a fraud company that's highly unprofessional.
Please book them at your own risk.

I booked my car , paid Rs 16000 from Delhi to Hyderabad and instead of taking it on a truck they drove it all the way to Hyderabad and totally spoilt it. For other furniture items which I paid separately they told me it will reach in 5 to 7 days but the items reached after 15 days. They take 80% advance and rest when their truck reached Hyderabad. But they didnot transfer payment to the truck people at Hyderabad who refused to deliver the items. You will face all types of problems if you book through them and there is no assurance of what will happen. You are at their mercy and blackmail.
