1.Even after damaging the paint of my 6 months old maruti brezza they were not at all sorry instead they told us that it was due to car directly parked in sunlight.
2.Removed colour from left front door while buffing
3.chrome parts not cleaned at all
4.plastic parts like bumper not buffed n cleaned properly
5. Removed clear coat on bonnet
6. interior cleaning was worst
7. Claming that they are the best in 9h ceramic coating and seeing the work not all done as promised is disheartening and irritating.
Overall experience is that the only thing they are good doing is putting the blame on the customer/vehicle owner rather than providing the services properly. Personally Won't recommend anybody to Get the detailing from here. It's better to opt for other experts like 3M/Detailing Devils or motorcoat
