★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its good so easy to go but outside of its so much crowd and looking old type so fnds its good only for livingbon rent no for buy flats . there os parking is also very small no so much security so only for rent not a good park too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the oldest multi storey residential society in Zirakpur
But since it is old.. It is not maintained very well and does not have gym, swimming pool and club like other societies.
I've lived here for around 6 months. It's certainly close to market, gym and ofcourse paras down town square mall... but needs real elevator maintenance, termite check, and broadband connection network

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise good ,but nice 3 bhk flat, small park at center, secure society.10-15 yrs old society, having 3 bhk flat . all room having balcony. Fully ventilation. But building need maintenance. All flat has seepage issue. Common area maintenance required. Terrace is in very bad shape. A lot of vacant flat available. Society maintenance is very bad shape

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical broker job which included cold calling, generating leads, maintaining a database of potential customers. We had an open gate policy wherein we could walk up to any managers without any appointment. The best part about the job was open work culture and impromptu games and activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most spacious and easy excess from Highway, almost on highway. Beautiful view from top floor, full view of Mohali Airport, you can watch the touch down and take off of all Aircrafts.
