Most importantly they have continued to resolve my property tax issues for the property I purchased with their services even 1 year after the deal was done. Such service I have never experienced from any other broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a growing company we had limited time at hand to seriously start looking for office space and we made a mistake of looking out at the 11th hour. Made several calls to different brokers in the south Delhi area where we wanted an office. Most of them said they were going to call back with options and never called back, one or two who did call back gave us options and showed a few spaces that really did not fit our requirement and was a waist of time. Then I was suggested by one of my friends to call Pankaj from Open Estates, and I was pleasantly surprised from the first call I made to the time we closed our new office space deal within 15 days. Pankaj and his team were very attentive, had knowledge of the different office space options that are out there in south and Central Delhi area. They never set wrong expectations and were right on time for every turnaround. Sent us only options that fitted out requirement rather and beating around the bush. Open Estates is highly recommended for office space search in Delhi!

Also spoke with a few brokers we were referred by known people but none of them could help us with our specific needs. Then we started looking online and came across their phone number, right after the first conversation over the phone we could figure out that they knew what they were doing and found them very professional and friendly. We were sent some really good options, which I don't think I could have found on my own. The office we ended up taking in Connaught Place was just perfect for our regional office. Entire deal was struck on very good terms, we were able to reduce our rent even though we relocated from a far out location to the city center. For anyone looking to relocate office space in Delhi, I highly recommend the services of Open Estates.
